BAIAE Terms of Service
Welcome to BAIAE.
BAIAE is operated by Orean AI ApS, CVR: 45510050, Denmark.
We provide an AI-powered travel assistant that helps you plan, book, and manage trips through third-party partners. We are not a travel agency or an airline. We do not sell travel services directly — we assist you in discovering, booking, and managing them via external providers.
By using BAIAE, you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our platform.
1. Our Role
BAIAE is an AI-powered assistant that:
Helps you discover and match travel options
Refers you to third-party platforms for booking flights, stays, services, and experiences
Provides support before, during, and after your trip
Helps you manage claims and loyalty opportunities via third-party partners
We do not sell or operate travel services ourselves. All bookings and transactions occur via third-party partners. Their terms and conditions apply to each service.
2. Using BAIAE
You may use BAIAE for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree to:
Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts
Use our platform lawfully and in accordance with these Terms
Provide accurate and up-to-date information
You must not:
Use BAIAE for fraudulent or illegal purposes
Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of BAIAE
Scrape, copy, or misuse content or data from our platform
We may restrict or block access to BAIAE at our discretion.
3. Third-Party Services
When you book a service (flight, stay, insurance, activity, etc.) via a third-party platform linked through BAIAE:
You enter into an agreement with the third-party provider, not with BAIAE.
The provider’s terms and conditions apply to your booking.
BAIAE is not responsible for the performance, quality, or delivery of third-party services.
BAIAE may earn referral fees when you book via third-party links — this allows us to provide services without a subscription.
4. Payments
BAIAE does not process payments for travel services directly. All payments are handled by the third-party platforms you book through.
Any issues regarding payment, refunds, or compensation must be handled with the respective third-party provider.
5. Claims and Support
BAIAE offers AI-powered and human-assisted support to help you manage:
Travel claims (e.g., EU261 compensation)
Service issues or complaints (via third-party platforms)
Loyalty and rewards opportunities
However, BAIAE cannot guarantee outcomes of claims, as final decisions rest with the responsible service providers.
6. Intellectual Property
BAIAE™ and related brand elements are the property of Orean AI ApS. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or brand without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
BAIAE is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
Orean AI ApS is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of BAIAE or third-party services linked through our platform.
In any case, our maximum liability is limited to DKK 1,000 or the equivalent in your local currency.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of BAIAE after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Danish law.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
10. Data Privacy and GDPR
BAIAE respects your privacy and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.
When you use BAIAE, we process certain personal data to provide our services — for example, your name, email address, travel preferences, and interaction history with our platform. We do this to deliver the personalized travel support you expect.
Your data is processed:
Lawfully, fairly, and transparently
Only for the purposes of providing and improving BAIAE services
In accordance with our Privacy Policy (link to be provided)
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to its processing, in accordance with GDPR.
